Hey everyone!

We all know that Is Love Enough (to save the World) is RyanDan’s next great single but not everyone has had a chance to hear it yet…with your help we can make sure that thousands of new ears hear and love the track!
So what can you do? It’s simple; just contact as many of the following Ontario radio stations as you can to request that they play the song. The more people that contact them by phone or online, the more plays we’ll get and therefore the more people will hear it! To make it easy we’ve made a list of stations in the area to contact, and found the easier ways to contact them. Even if you only contact one or two it will still make a difference.

Exclusive! Our Album has a Name!

We are very, very excited to tell you all that the name of our next album has been decided. Our second studio album, which will be released in a few months time, will officially be called ‘Silence Speaks’.

We hope you love it as much as we do. The reaction we've had from people so far is incredible and we can't wait for you to hear it.

Hi All!

Firstly we’d like to wish everybody a Happy New Year, and thank everyone for the lovely Birthday and Christmas messages we received. We hope you all enjoyed the holiday season!

We have just got back from L.A. where we wrote and recorded the whole of our new album. We are so proud of it and so excited for the world to hear it. We have used a lot more drums and guitar on this one but there are still a lot of strings and beautiful orchestration.

We will soon be doing the photo shoot for the new album artwork. We are still working together with the great clothing company ‘Sand’; they will be clothing us for the shoot.

As soon as we have finished mixing and mastering the album, we will be starting promotion for it. We’ll also be planning a tour immediately. We can’t wait to see you all again!

Remember that we love hearing from you so please keep the emails and messages coming!

Fall Tour Update

Hello everyone!

We are continuing to record demos for our new album and are now just a few songs away from finishing it. We are aiming to have the album out early 2009.

We did our St Catherine's show a few days ago; it went really well, the crowd were incredible, and we got to meet a lot of the fans after the show which is always nice.
We have a couple of shows coming up in Ontario in the next month, where we'd love to meet even more fans. There are limited tickets left for both dates so if you haven't booked already do it now:
·         30/10/08 - Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts
·         02/11/08 - Rose Theatre, Brampton

The Richmond Hill dates have also now been rescheduled:
·         23/03/09 - Richmond Hill Centre of the performing arts
·         24/03/09 - Richmond Hill Centre of the performing arts
We advise all existing ticket holders to contact venue directly for details of the rescheduling system.

We haven't had a lot of spare time recently; it's just all about the music at the moment...Thank you so much for the constant support! We have continued to receive lots of lovely emails and messages from fans, it means a lot to us. We are glad you are as passionate about our music as we are!

Dee :): QUESTION: How did your siblings react when you started to become famous? (I have a sneaking suspicion that, like any siblings, they probably went out of their way to keep you well grounded! *L*)

pearl: Would you one day consider or like to record a song for a major film like "James Bond"?
Ryan & Dan: Pearl: We have recorded a song for a movie coming out soon called Gooby. We plan to do much more of this in the future as well.

Helen / Aussiegirl8: Will you be visiting Australia with your next album. You are the featured album on Bigpondmusic.com at the moment and have been for a week or so, also the recommended album. How come you did not do more promotion stuff here last year? I only saw you on Sunrise and an Undercover Interview.
Ryan & Dan: Helen: We'll be touring all over the world again for the second album ... Can't wait!!!

Kelsey: Was looking forward to seeing you in concert but you didn't come to some of the provinces in Canada. Just wondering if you are planning to come to Manitoba on your next tour through Canada?
Ryan & Dan: Kelsey: We will be touring Canada again very soon and we plan on visiting a lot of the other provinces

Margaret: I cried during tears of an angel too, at the vancouver concert. It was the day after the one year anniversary of my cousins passing. :(

Lisa: Question: Did writing about your niece make "Tears of an Angel" easier or harder to write? (My condolences, by the way)
Ryan & Dan: Lisa: It was one of the most difficult songs to sing but very easy to write.

Agnes: I've read in a previous interview that Ryan does not drink alcohol. Dan don't you drink alcohol also? Is it because the voice, didn't you like the taste or is there another reason?
Ryan & Dan: Agnes: We have the occasional glass of red wine but we try to stay away from alcohol.

Charity: Do you guys have any pets? (yes, I realize travelling makes caring for them hard)

Hi All,

Thought I'd give you a quick update of what Ryan and I are up to at the

moment.

We've been spending a lot of time recently writing and recording demos

in the studio. We've got a number of very special songs that we can't wait for you to hear.

We are are also looking forward to starting rehearsal for the

tour very soon. Time passes really quickly, it seems like just yesterday that we announced our first headline tour and now it's just a few weeks away. We can't wait!

US Album Release

Hi Everyone!

Dan and I have had an exciting couple of weeks with the release of our debut album in the USA. We had a successful launch event for it in Los Angeles, with lots of press and media attending; it went really well. We appeared on the CBS early show and will be doing more US press soon so keep an eye out for us there!

We are currently working hard in the studio writing and recording for our next album, but took a day out last week to visit the St Teresa School in Kitchener, Ontario to give a talk about anti-bullying. The whole day went really well and we enjoyed it a lot. We just want to say thank you so much to all the pupils for the lovely emails and messages we received afterwards.

We are very excited to be able announce our first headline tour which will take us across Canada. We will be performing the following dates:

One Night Live!

Hi Everyone,

What a fantastic couple of gigs we've had over the past few days!

First of all, playing at One Night Live was a truly amazing experience. Performing in front of 20,000 people really made it a very special night. We performed High, The Prayer, The Face and Like The Sun. Thanks to all our fans that turned up. Your support was deafening to say the least! What a brilliant reception we got from you all. An amazing evening was topped, when Bryan Adams asked us to come back onstage with him to perform a duet of his beautiful song "Heaven". Dan and I, of course, said yes! There are some pictures up from our backstage rehearsal in Bryan's dressing room. What a great way to end a great night!

Then onto our headline show at St Catharine's - It was totally sold out and the response from the crowd was simply brilliant. We received two standing ovations and it really is the greatest feeling you can experience from such a supportive audience. Thanks to all that attended, especially the 400 people who waited for hours afterwards in line to say hello at the after signing.

Writing and rehearsing

Hi everyone,

We hope everyone is having a good 2008 so far! In the past two weeks we have mainly been writing new material and also preparing for One Night Live and our headline show in St Catharine's by rehearsing as much as possible which is going great.

We are currently planning a tour of North America so keep checking our site, myspace, facebook etc for news on that. We also have some new videos on you tube here and we look forward to seeing some of you at the Rosemount signings on the 9th and 16th February.

Happy New Year everyone....

Ryan and I had a great Christmas and New Year seeing our friends and family. We spent a lot of the holidays writing new material. Our first trip of 2008 was to New York for our industry launch of the album, coming out on Decca records on 8th April for all our American fans. At the launch, we performed: Like The Sun, Tears of an Angel, The Face and The Prayer. We were only in the city for a day, so we didn't have too much time to look around. It was freezing cold but the launch was a huge success! We are looking forward to touring soon and playing at 'One Night Live' in Toronto and our first headline show at Brock University in St Catherine's, Canada.

Italia!

Hello everyone!

First of all, big thanks to everyone who bought the High/O Holy Night single and to those of you who have e-mailed us Happy Birthday messages - we really appreciate it.
Last week after filming Sky Poker we flew to Germany to film the Carmen Nobel Show - She was really welcoming and nice to us when we were on set and we really enjoyed filming the show.
A plane was then waiting to take us to Verona,Italy for more promo and we sang for the Pope which was fantastic, we performed Like The Sun with a 75-piece orchestra.
In Rome we visited some great restaurants and ate the best food on this planet {!}.

Our album is released in Germany this Friday, which can be purchased on www.amazon.de - We will be promoting it a lot more in Germany in 2008 so we look forward to seeing you all then!

Norway, Denmark and more!

Hi everyone,

We trust that you are all well. We have had another unbelievable two weeks promoting our album visiting Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. We have been recording various Christmas shows, which will air between Christmas and New Year's Eve. In Denmark we performed with Andrea Bocelli and a 75 peice orchestra {!}. We have also been to Spain where we spent a few days in both Barcelona and Madrid. We will be travelling to Italy very soon to sing for the Pope at the Vatican which we know will be an amazing experience.

We will be spending Christmas in Toronto so that we can spend time with our family and friends and we will be based there from that time as we promote our album in the US starting early next year, starting with our launch on 15th January in New York.
As many of you already know, it's our birthday tomorrow and we would like to thank everyone who has already sent us cards and nice messages!! It means a lot. We also hope that you enjoy our version of O Holy Night which is on iTunes right now for you to download.

Don't forget to watch us on the Poker Channel tonight from 9pm onwards!

Hello from Ryan!

Hi everyone!!

We have just got back from Canada and we have had an amazing time promoting our album in our homeland! Firstly the launch went really well and it was great to meet some of you after our performance and we are glad you enjoyed the show. Plenty of TV and radio interviews followed the launch and we enjoyed every minute. It was fantastic to learn that we were #9 {!} in the Canadian album chart and #1 selling album in Quebec, and we would like to thank all the radio stations who played "The Face", your support means the world to us! It was also great to see so many of our family and friends but it was also tough as we visited our neice Tal's grave for the first time which brought us back down to earth to say the least, it was a sad moment for us.

We are currently in Dublin as we write this but we will be travelling to Finland tonight for more promo {including the Great Christmas Show} and then onto Sweden, Austria and Spain!

Another amazing week in the world of RyanDan! We filmed it in West London and it was a one-day shoot. The next day was our first day off for about three weeks so we just had a quiet day at home as we were flying to Portugal the next day to start our press, TV and Radio promo for the first time over there.

Today we are flying to Canada for the launch of our album which is at the Courthouse in Toronto on Monday night {5th Nov} and we really can't wait to see all of our friends and family as this is the first time we have been home since August. Unfortunately I have had a touch of the flu which I have been trying to shake off so hopefully I will be better in time for the launch on Monday!! - In fact it's quite lucky that Dan hasn't caught it aswel but we are never ill at the same time which some people might find hard to believe {!} After Toronto, we will be heading to Montreal for more press and radio before flying to New York for a show. Our album is out in Canada on Tuesday which we are very excited about!

By the way, thanks to all of you who have been sending in fan mail, we do read all of your messages!!

Oz and Hong Kong

Hi everyone,

We haven't written to you for over two weeks so we thought we had better give you all an update on what we have been up to. Two weeks ago we flew to Australia to begin our promotion for our album which has now been released over there. We were lucky enough to perform at the Sydney Opera House for the first time in our career and it was a beautiful setting. We then moved on to Melbourne and Brisbane to continue our radio and press promo.

After a week in Australia we flew to Hong Kong to begin our promo for the album there, where we performed a showcase for all the Asian media. Lots of radio and press interviews continued and at the end of the week we got great news that we were at number 4 in the Hong Kong album chart! So thanks to everyone who went out and bought a copy!

On Saturday we flew to Holland to film Mooiweerdeleeuw TV, then back to London on the same day to perform at the Jewish Care party. Today we are filming the video for our next single "High". We will be filming a pod cast at the video shoot so very soon you will be able to see some very exclusive behind the scenes footage.

We have had another couple of great weeks promoting our album, and we have been very lucky to perform on so many great TV shows such as Loose Women, This Morning and the Alan Titchmarsh show. We are so excited that our album is now out in the UK for everyone to enjoy! We have been promoting our album in Holland, Sweden and also Germany where we performed "Like the Sun" on ZDF Fernsehgarten and it was great to meet some of you who had come to the show or waited for us at the airport. We really apreciate the time and effort you made to show your apreciation for us.

We have just experienced our best week so far promoting our album.

Last Wednesday we flew out to Germany for our 'Industry Album Launch', the venue was a vintage radio station in East Berlin and all of our guests arrived on a specially hired river boat. We performed for 45 minutes and then mingled with our guests and it was a night enjoyed by all. On Friday we flew back to the UK to perform in front of 25,000 people at Blackpool's Radio 2 concert with Natasha Bedingfield, Natalie Imbruglia and McFly. We had a great response from the audience yet again!

Saturday morning, we flew to Palma, Majorca to perform in front of 2000 of the world's elite, to raise money for children's charities. We were given the red carpet treatment and even managed to jam backstage with the Gypsy Kings after they finished their sound check, which was a great honour. We performed Like the Sun and I'll Be There before being whisked away to the after show party where we were given the pleasure of meeting Goldie Hawn, Paris Hilton, Terri Seymour and Eva Longoria. They were all so lovely. Goldie even invited us to her holiday home in Canada, which we will definitely be taking her up on!

A great week was then rounded off as we flew back to film That Anthony Cotton Show for ITV, which you can now see on the front of our myspace page.

Great Weekend

Dear all,

We have had a great weekend supporting Katherine Jenkins on the final two dates of her Summer tour. Saturday we were in Lincoln, performing at the Lincoln Castle which was a perfect Summer's evening. It was a great atmosphere and we received a fantastic response from the audience. Straight after the performance we drove to Stoke to prepare for our final support slot with Katherine Jenkins at the Trentham Gardens which also went very well. Actually, we like to take this opportunity to thank Katherine for having us support her on her summer shows; Thank you Katherine!

This week we are in Germany for the Industry launch of RyanDan and then we are travelling to Blackpool on Friday for a Radio 2 gig and it's on the promenade when the legendary Blackpool Illuminations are switched on. Hope to see you all there!"

On Saturday we are travelling to Palma, Mallorca in Spain on Saturday to play in front of a celebrity and VIP crowd at an exclusive charity concert. So we will have lots to report on when we are back.

We have had another fantastic week promoting our upcoming album. We were in Manchester on Sunday to record our live performance and interview for the Heaven and Earth Show which was a great experience. We have been on the road today completing the last part of our regional radio tour. We have visited radio stations in Essex, Ipswich and also Norwich where we visited a Brain Tumour UK support group. Tomorrow we are being interviewed on Doctor Doctor on Channel 5 {UK} so remember to tune in, and they will also be showing our video for Like The Sun which is released on 17th September in the UK.

Good stuff.

Hey guys, we recorded a track today called 'Always' at the world famous Olympic Studios in London. We wrote it ourselves and it will feature as an extra track on some formats of the album which comes out in September of course. Yet again we were blessed to have an 18-piece orchestra perform with us.

Yesterday, we recorded our vocals for the official theme tune for the Rugby World Cup 2007. The track also features the amazing Andrea Bocelli, Roberto Alagna, Katherine Jenkins, Hayley Westenra and now RyanDan! We also shot our part of the video that should be seen worldwide in the run up to this massive sporting event later this year.

Time for an update!

We have just returned from Brazil, where we filmed the video for our first single, "Like the Sun". The trip was amazing! We had a two-day video shoot and in total spent four days in Rio de Janeiro. Parts of the video were filmed outside an ultra-modern museum surrounded by ocean, and other parts in a rainforest - viewed from a helicopter above!

Since returning to Toronto, we have been rehearsing and spending time with our family, because....
This coming Friday we will be flying to England to prepare for the launch of our album, and for our summer of touring and promotion!!

The album will be out in the Autumn on Universal Music, and very soon you'll be able to see the video on all the social networks!

This is only the beginning

Hi Everyone,

It's now official! Ryan and Dan have signed with Universal Music worldwide and their debut album will be released in September.

They are recording their album in a gorgeous vintage studio in the centre of London, England and were excited to learn that the mixing desk used for recording their album is the same board used by The Beatles and The Rolling Stones! Not only that, but the microphone they used for their vocals is the exact one that Frank Sinatra used! You'll be blown away when you hear how incredible their vocals sound on this album!

Completing the album took them several months, because they wanted to feel that it's as close to perfect as it can possibly be. For this reason, they demoed about 50 songs – and in the end narrowed the selection down to what they believe to be the 12 best. All the songs on the album were recorded with beautiful live orchestration. They claimed that the experience of singing with a live orchestra was one of the most incredible experiences they've ever had – they described it as "exhilarating! exciting! moving! overwhelming!". They can hardly wait to have the opportunity to perform live on stage, with live orchestration behind them.

The album release might seem like a long time for their fans to have to wait, but they want to try to do as much promotion as possible before then. The plan is to for RyanDan to tour throughout the summer. As soon as the tour dates have been confirmed they will be posted here, and also on www.ryandan.com – so keep checking to find out when RyanDan will be near you.

They will be doing a photo shoot at the end of this month. As soon as the new photos are ready, some will be posted here for all of you to see. The photos from this particular photo shoot will be used for media promotion - and also for their debut album cover.

Now on a more somber note…

Early in November they learned that their beautiful little three year old niece has a rare and aggressive malignant brain tumor. It has been - and continues to be - extremely tough for them, and for their whole family. This little girl is in the midst of going through intensive chemotherapy, and Ryan and Dan are trying hard to remain optimistic and send their most positive thoughts to their niece. When they found about her illness, they felt absolutely devastated and helpless, and needed a way to express their feelings. So they wrote a song for her called 'Tears of an Angel,' which will be one of the tracks on their debut album. When you listen to this song, it will give you some indication of the feelings they've endured throughout their niece's struggle.

Ryan and Dan thank you for your continued support. They feel so uplifted by all the emails and letters you send telling them how you feel about their music. It's what keeps them doing what they love to do most…making amazing music for you, their very special fans.

We have received so many wonderful messages from you, giving us refreshing and innovative ideas to help launch our upcoming self-titled debut album. Your emails have prompted us to explore what we believe to be an exciting idea which we want to share with you today. Since it is your opinions we most trust and value, who better to approach right?

We would sincerely appreciate your ideas, opinions and thoughts on how you believe we could best share our music with people around the world. We would therefore like to ask for your input on some important choices we need to make.

For starters, perhaps you could give us feedback on questions such as:

… with which producers would you want us to work? … in which countries, cities and venues would you like us to tour? …. with which artists would you want us to tour? …. with which artists would you like us to collaborate on our album?

Living A Dream!

Hi Everyone,

We feel like we're in the middle of an incredible dream, and we're going to wake up any minute to find out that it isn't real! The excitement truly hasn't stopped for one minute. We've been working so hard to try and record as many songs as we possibly can. Ultimately, we'd love to record around 25 songs and pick the very best ones for the album. We want our music to be appreciated by people of all ages and want the album to be one that continues to be played for many years to come.

We're in Canada right now and will soon be flying back to London, England to continue recording. We've just added a brand new track to our myspace page called 'Like the Sun'. It's only a demo but we just finished recording it and we love it! Let us know what you think? As we record new tracks, we'll try to continue to put more song clips on our page for you guys to hear in advance.

Our managers are also starting to talk about us touring once the record is finished in 2007. As soon as the tour dates have been booked we will post them on our myspace page, so keep checking. That way you'll know when we'll be in a city near you. It will be a long way off we're sure, but we can't wait to come see you in your hometown!

We also want to thank you all so much for your continued support! We read all the emails and comments you write and it means a great deal to know how much you believe in us. Music is in our blood and it feels so incredible to be able to express ourselves to you through our songs.

Please keep the emails and comments coming and remember - even though we may not be able to respond right away, we read everything!
